Benefits For Family and Grace University

There are several types of plans. Many of these have wonderful benefits for the gift donors. Many of these families have enjoyed increased income and generous tax savings. You might start by meeting these friends. Just click on the picture and you can view each story.

Endow a Scholarship
The 21st century high school students and their parents are shopping for scholarship funds to alleviate the increasing costs of higher education. The offer of a scholarship is often becoming the deciding factor of where a student will choose to enroll. More on Endow a Scholarship >>.

Annuitants Shape the Future
Alice Harder is a widowed friend of Grace University who continues to help shape the future for herself and for students who are preparing for life ministry and service through the Charitable Gift Annuity program. More on Annuitants Shape the Future >>.

Bequests for Scholarships
Joe and Anna (not their real names) are representative of a number of donors who instructed their attorney to include a scholarship bequest for Grace University when preparing their wills. These donors have a deep seated understanding of the importance of supporting and encouraging young people who will become servant leaders for the home, the church and the world. In the future Joe and Anna's family will enjoy receiving the thank-you notes from students who are awarded these scholarships. More on Bequests for Scholarships >>.

Tax-Free Sale
Gene and Carol White were age 55 when they purchased some development land outside of town. They thought it would be a good investment that they could later sell for a higher price. They have owned the property for 10 years and now would like to sell. More on Tax-Free Sale >>.
